We have a structured process for proposing new features:
- Quick Ideas - Open a Discussion in the "Ideas" category
- RFC Process - For significant features, write an RFC using our template
- Community Voting - Use :+1: reactions to show support
- Implementation - Approved ideas move to our backlog
